You’re invited to a Living Foods: Fermented Vegetables Class!
It's always a great time to put some new healthy living practices in place for you and your family! Living foods are one tool we can use to pursue and maintain whole health and full life. They are foods full of living, beneficial properties that promote and support health and life in our body.
Fermented foods are a key component to establishing and maintaining good health. Did you know that a properly fermented vegetables are pre-digested and packed with bioavailable nutrients and vitamins?!
In this class we will discuss gut health and why it matters, you'll get to sample a variety of fermented foods, learn the benefits of fermentation and fermented foods, understand how to get them in your diet and learn the process to make a variety of fermented vegetables. In this class you will get to make and take home your own jar of fermented beans. Fermented beans are so versatile and delicious and you can tailor the flavor to your liking! I will provide everything you need to make your first jar of fermented beans, including a variety of additions for you to make it your own.
