You’re invited to a Living Foods: Fermented Vegetables Class!
It's always a great time to put some new healthy living practices in place for you and your family! Living foods are one tool we can use to cultivate vitality and resilience in our soul, mind and body. These foods are full of living, beneficial properties that promote and support health and life in us.
Fermented foods are a key component to establishing and maintaining good gut health. Did you know that properly fermented vegetables are pre-digested and packed with bioavailable nutrients and vitamins?!
Here's what you'll experience in class:
~ Sample a variety of fermented foods
~ Learn the importance of gut health and what affects it
~ Learn the benefits of fermentation and fermented foods
~ Learn how to use ferments in your diet
~ Hands on learning: The process of fermenting any vegetable
~ Make and take home a jar of vegetables to ferment, all supplies provided
~ Lifelong skills to create new habits and legacy for you and your family
