In this class we will discuss gut health, fermentation, nutrient dense foods, how to support a healthy gut and, of course, Meat Stock and Bone Broth! You will learn what the difference is, the benefits, how to use it and get it in your diet. You'll learn the process of making Meat Stock and Bone Broth.
